Description

internal/temporal/operations.go contains TODO stub implementations for all Temporal operations (StartWorkflowExecution, DescribeWorkflowExecution, etc.) that return placeholder data. These are dead code — handler.go calls gRPC directly and never uses operations.go.

operations_grpc.go has real gRPC implementations (WorkflowGRPCImpl) but is also unused by handler.go, which inlines the gRPC calls.

Tasks

Delete operations.go (all TODO stubs)
Refactor handler.go to use WorkflowGRPCImpl from operations_grpc.go instead of inline gRPC calls
Ensure all existing tests pass
Remove any unused imports/types

Acceptance Criteria

No TODO stubs remain in temporal package
handler.go delegates to WorkflowGRPCImpl methods
All existing tests green
No behavior change in API responses
