- Use pnpm instead of npm (matches Dockerfile and pnpm-lock.yaml)
- Install pnpm globally in workflow
- Add explicit Next.js build step before Docker build
- Replace missing npm test with pnpm run lint
- Use --frozen-lockfile for deterministic dependencies
