|

❌ /memory/query with method=hybrid&strict=true returns 503

❌ All endpoints fail with 401 (no auth)

## Troubleshooting
|
|
|

### OpenSearch not found
|
|
|
|
**Symptom:** "semantic_fallback" always returned, no hybrid scores
|
|
|
|
**Fix:**
