Complete three M3.5 endpoints:

M3.5.4 — Query federation

  • Single vs multi-project queries
  • Concurrent project execution
  • Result merging by global rerank_score
  • Timeout management per project
  • Warnings for slow/timed-out projects
  • 8 tests

M3.5.5 — Skills endpoint

  • List promoted skills (exclude drafts)
  • Skill metadata with all fields
  • Individual skill detail
  • Body inclusion parameter
  • Admin access to drafts
  • Skill count tracking
  • 8 tests

M3.5.6 — Projects endpoint

  • List all projects with summary
  • Individual project status
  • Standing queries per project
  • L2 synthesis metrics
  • Memory size calculations
  • Timestamp accuracy
  • 8 tests

Total: 236 tests passing (↑24)
