The StatefulSet database never attached its Longhorn volume (FailedAttachVolume ... DeadlineExceeded), so the API failed with getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND postgres.

Branch feat/azi-riotpiao-cnpg in ToyoGlobal/azhi-infra runs the database as a CNPG Cluster instead, which is how every other database on this cluster runs. This pins the Application to that branch for the test.

The StatefulSet database could not attach its Longhorn volume, so the branch
runs the database as a CNPG Cluster instead. This pins the Application to that
branch for the test; it returns to the default branch once the branch merges.
