merge: resolve conflicts with main
- Keep workflow internal handler (JSON-to-gRPC bridge)
- Keep notification internal handler with X-Resource routing
- Remove dead Handle* methods replaced by ServeHTTP
- Fix describe/list resource specs (correct upstream paths)
- Restore GetWorkflowSpec() function
