  • Remove kubectl install from dependencies (nothing uses it now)
  • Skip Setup kubeconfig step
  • Comment out k8s rolling update promotion
  • Tag :latest still works (docker tag+push, no kubectl)
  • Re-enable when ci-tekton-trigger SA has pod create/delete RBAC
