Replace Anthropic client with OpenAI-compatible client targeting https://api.riotpiao.com. Configure models: reasoning (Planner/Judge), ornith:35b (Implementer). Add health check on startup. Add Pi provider support for skill preparation (--pi-provider=local-llm).
