# T4: Advanced Operations & Analytics
## Overview
Advanced operational capabilities for monitoring, visualization, cost optimization, and multi-cluster orchestration. Builds on T1-T3 foundation to enable enterprise-scale deployment.

### T4.1: Real-time Metrics Dashboard
