test(rbac): add HTTP server RBAC integration tests

9 new tests covering:
- JWT → RBAC claims conversion
- QueryResult → ResourceMeta conversion
- Admin role access (full access)
- Portfolio-agent role (public only)
- No-role user (denied)

Total: 669 tests passing.
