- authentik-db: 2 → 3 instances
- gotify-db: 1 → 3 instances
- longhorn storageOverProvisioningPercentage: 100 → 200
  (actual disk usage ~44/474 GB on cp-1; thin provisioning is safe)
  Unblocks 3rd Longhorn replica scheduling on cp-1 which had DiskPressure
