What this removes

Application azhi-riotpiao pointed at github.com/ToyoGlobal/azhi-infra, branch feat/azi-riotpiao-cnpg, path k8s/overlays/azi-riotpiao.

It never worked. ArgoCD reported sync status Unknown because the private source repository could not be read, and the destination namespace azi-riotpiao was never created. There are no workloads, PVCs or Secrets behind it.

Changes:

Delete k8s/argocd/apps/72-azhi-riotpiao.yaml.
Remove https://github.com/ToyoGlobal/azhi-infra.git from the AppProject allowlist, plus its comment block. Nothing references that repository any more.

Left out of git

Secret argocd/azhi-infra-github holds a live read-only GitHub credential for that repository. Nothing reads it after this change. Rotate the token and delete the Secret separately.

Verification

kubectl get application azhi-riotpiao returns NotFound after the live object was deleted by hand.
kubectl get ns azi-riotpiao returns NotFound.
grep -rn azhi k8s/ returns nothing on this branch.

chore(argocd): delete the azhi-riotpiao Application 8e9ac37583

The Application pointed at github.com/ToyoGlobal/azhi-infra, branch
feat/azi-riotpiao-cnpg, path k8s/overlays/azi-riotpiao. It never reconciled:
status stayed Unknown because the source repository could not be read, and the
destination namespace azi-riotpiao was never created. ArgoCD reported it as an
OutOfSync managed resource of homelab-root with nothing behind it.

Also drops the ToyoGlobal URL from the AppProject allowlist. No manifest from
that repository is referenced any more, so the allowlist entry is dead weight.

Not touched here, because it is not in git: Secret azhi-infra-github in
namespace argocd holds the read-only GitHub credential for that repository.
Delete it separately once no other Application needs the repo.

The live Application object was deleted by hand. Until this commit reaches
main, the next homelab-root sync recreates it, because main still declares it.
