Subtle JSON syntax errors in agent loops corrupt downstream tools. vLLM supports --guided-decoding-backend=xgrammar for guaranteed valid JSON. Add to reasoning model for entity/fact extraction. Test with poimen-memory ingest pipeline. Files: k8s/apps/llm-serving/reasoning.yaml, poimen-memory entity_extractor.rs
