All 26 ArgoCD apps stopped syncing — repo transferred from rock/homelab to riotpiao-poimen/homelab, old URL returns 301 which ArgoCD doesn't follow.

Live cluster already patched via kubectl. This persists the fix in git.

fix(argocd): update repoURL from rock/homelab to riotpiao-poimen/homelab f8baeed581 
Repo transferred to riotpiao-poimen org. Old URL returns 301 redirect
which ArgoCD doesn't follow — all 26 apps stopped syncing.

Live cluster already patched via kubectl. This commit persists the fix.
