Fixes CI failure in job 1481.

Test was asserting /spec/sources/0/kustomize/images but the implementation now patches /spec/sources/0/kustomize (full block) to handle Applications where the kustomize key is absent.

Patch now targets /spec/sources/0/kustomize (full block) not
/spec/sources/0/kustomize/images (subpath that fails when kustomize
key is absent from the Application CR).
